Article R2131-19 of the French Public Health Code

For each request for an opinion relating to a pregnancy in progress, the centre will keep the details of the medical file, the opinions, advice and conclusions of the centre and, where applicable, the date of the voluntary interruption of pregnancy for medical reasons as well as the results of the foetopathological examinations carried out. If the certificates mentioned in articles R. 2131-2, R. 2131-18, R. 2131-23 and R. 2131-26-1 are drawn up , a copy of these is kept by the centre.

The documents mentioned in this article are kept on the premises allocated to the centre under conditions that guarantee their confidentiality.

Article R2131-19

Le centre conserve, pour chaque demande d’avis relatif à une grossesse en cours, les éléments du dossier médical, les avis, conseils et conclusions du centre et, le cas échéant, la date de l’interruption volontaire de grossesse pour motif médical ainsi que les résultats des examens foetopathologiques pratiqués. En cas d’établissement des attestations mentionnées aux articles R. 2131-2, R. 2131-18, R. 2131-23 et R. 2131-26-1, une copie de celles-ci est conservée par le centre.

Les documents mentionnés au présent article sont conservés dans les locaux affectés au centre dans des conditions garantissant leur confidentialité.
