Article R2132-12 of the French Public Health Code

All infant clinics must be staffed by at least one nursery nurse, nurse or midwife, who may be assisted by one or more nurses, nursery nurses or midwives. Within the limits of the laws and regulations in force, trainee nurses or midwives may be authorised.

Nurses and midwives must have no financial relationship with the consultants.

Toute consultation de nourrissons doit s’attacher les services d’au moins une puéricultrice ou un infirmier ou une infirmière ou une sage-femme qui peut être secondé par un ou plusieurs infirmiers, infirmières, puéricultrices ou sages-femmes. Dans les limites des lois et règlements en vigueur, des infirmiers ou infirmières ou sages-femmes stagiaires peuvent être autorisés.

Les puéricultrices, les infirmiers, les infirmières et les sages-femmes ne doivent avoir aucun rapport financier avec les consultantes.
