Article R2132-2 of the French Public Health Code

I.-Three examinations carried out during the first three years, set by order of the Minister for Health, will result in a health certificate being issued.

II-After the examinations mentioned in I of article R. 2132-1, the doctor will issue, where applicable, a medical certificate stating that there is no contraindication to practising the sport or discipline concerned, in the cases mentioned in the second paragraph of III of articles L. 231-2 and L. 231-2-1 and inarticle L. 231-2-3 of the French Sports Code.

Article R2132-2

I.-Trois examens pratiqués au cours des trois premières années, fixés par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé, donnent lieu à l’établissement d’un certificat de santé.

II.-A l’issue des examens mentionnés au I de l’article R. 2132-1, le médecin délivre, le cas échéant, un certificat médical établissant l’absence de contre-indication à la pratique du sport ou de la discipline concernée, dans les cas mentionnés au deuxième alinéa du III des articles L. 231-2 et L. 231-2-1 et à l’article L. 231-2-3 du code du sport.
