Article R2135-3 of the French Public Health Code

The prescription is validated within a maximum of fifteen days of receipt.

Within a maximum period of three months following validation of the pathway prescription by the designated structure, the child and his/her family are welcomed for an assessment by a professional contributing to the diagnosis within one of the structures of the platform mentioned in article R. 2135-1, or by a professional mentioned in III of article R. 2135-2.

An initial summary meeting is organised with the child and his/her family within one of the platform’s structures no later than six months after the first intervention by a professional contributing to the diagnosis.

The assessment and early intervention programme lasts for a maximum of one year, renewable once under the conditions set out in Article R. 2135-1.

The reports of the assessments and interventions carried out by the professionals under contract with the designated structure are sent to the structure, to the family and to the child’s GP or the GP designated by the family.

La validation de la prescription intervient dans un délai maximal de quinze jours après réception de celle-ci.

Dans un délai maximum de trois mois après validation de la prescription du parcours par la structure désignée, l’enfant et sa famille sont accueillis pour la réalisation d’un bilan par un professionnel contribuant au diagnostic au sein d’une des structures de la plateforme mentionnée à l’article R. 2135-1, ou par un professionnel mentionné au III de l’article R. 2135-2.

Une première rencontre de synthèse est organisée au sein d’une des structures de la plateforme avec l’enfant et sa famille au plus tard six mois après la première intervention d’un professionnel contribuant au diagnostic.

Le parcours de bilan et d’intervention précoce a une durée maximale d’un an, renouvelable une fois dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 2135-1.

Les comptes-rendus des bilans et interventions réalisés par les professionnels liés contractuellement avec la structure désignée sont transmis à celle-ci, à la famille et au médecin traitant de l’enfant ou au médecin désigné par la famille.
