Article R214-14 of the French Intellectual Property Code

When the mediator finds that the parties have reached an agreement, the content of the agreement is recorded in a conciliation report signed by the parties and the mediator, which specifies the measures to be taken to implement the agreement and the deadline set by the mediator for its implementation.
A copy of the conciliation report is given to each party against a receipt or sent by letter against signature or by any other means capable of establishing proof of the date of receipt of this copy, within a period of ten days.

Lorsque le médiateur constate un accord entre les parties, la teneur de l’accord est consignée dans un procès-verbal de conciliation qui est signé par les parties ainsi que par le médiateur et qui précise, d’une part, les mesures à prendre pour mettre en œuvre cet accord, d’autre part, le délai fixé par le médiateur pour son exécution.


Une copie du procès-verbal de conciliation est remise à chaque partie contre émargement ou adressée par lettre remise contre signature ou par tout autre moyen propre à établir la preuve de la date de réception de cette copie, dans un délai de dix jours.
