The mediator may, in compliance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article R. 214-13, decide on the publication of the conciliation agreement or recommendation, in full or in excerpts, in newspapers or on online public communication services, which it designates and according to the terms it specifies.

Le médiateur peut, dans le respect des dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article R. 214-13, décider de la publication de l’accord de conciliation ou de la recommandation, en intégralité ou par extraits, dans les journaux ou sur les services de communication au public en ligne, qu’il désigne et selon les modalités qu’il précise.
