Article R214-203-8 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The specialised professional fund management companies referred to in I of Article R. 214-203-3 shall provide the AMF, at least quarterly and in a format defined by the AMF, with information on unmatured loans granted by the specialised professional funds they manage.

Les sociétés de gestion de fonds professionnels spécialisés mentionnées au I de l’article R. 214-203-3 fournissent de façon au moins trimestrielle à l’Autorité des marchés financiers, selon un format qu’elle définit, des informations sur les prêts non échus octroyés par les fonds professionnels spécialisés qu’elles gèrent.
