Article R214-98 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Subject to the limits and conditions defined in the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers, the limits defined in articles R. 214-96 and R. 214-97 do not apply to units or shares of French UCITS covered by sub-section 1 or FIAs covered by paragraph 1 of sub-section 2 of section 2 of Chapter IV of Title I of Book II or foreign UCITS approved in accordance with Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009.

Dans des limites et conditions définies dans le règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers, les limites définies aux articles R. 214-96 et R. 214-97 ne sont pas applicables aux parts ou actions d’OPCVM de droit français relevant de la sous-section 1 ou de FIA du paragraphe 1 de la sous-section 2 de la section 2 du chapitre IV du titre Ier du livre II ou d’OPCVM de droit étranger agréés conformément à la directive 2009/65/ CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 13 juillet 2009.
