Article R2141-27 of the French Public Health Code

The application for authorisation shall be sent to the Director General of the Agence de la biomédecine by any means capable of establishing a date of receipt.

The applicant must enclose with the application a file containing all the information required to verify compliance with the provisions of Article L. 2141-11-1 and this Title, the model for which is laid down by decision of the Director General of the Agence de la biomédecine.

La demande d’autorisation est adressée au directeur général de l’Agence de la biomédecine par tout moyen permettant de donner date certaine à sa réception.

Le demandeur joint à sa demande un dossier qui comprend tous les éléments nécessaires à la vérification du respect des dispositions de l’article L. 2141-11-1 et du présent titre, dont le modèle est fixé par décision du directeur général de l’Agence de la biomédecine.
