Article R2142-5 of the French Public Health Code

The form, frequency and content of the periodic evaluation of clinical and biological activities in medically assisted procreation referred to in article L. 6122-10 and the form and content of the annual activity report referred to in article L. 2142-2 are defined by order of the Minister for Health, after obtaining the opinion of the Director General of the Agence de la biomédecine.

Article R2142-5

La forme, la périodicité et le contenu de l’évaluation périodique des activités cliniques et biologiques d’assistance médicale à la procréation mentionnée à l’article L. 6122-10 ainsi que la forme et le contenu du rapport annuel d’activités mentionné à l’article L. 2142-2 sont définis par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé, après avis du directeur général de l’Agence de la biomédecine.
