Article R2151-12-4 of the French Public Health Code

All research declared under Article L. 2151-6 is placed under the direction of a responsible person designated by the declaration mentioned in Article R. 2151-12-2.

The person responsible for the research sends the Director General of the Agence de la biomédecine a report every two years. The person responsible for the research must send the final report to the Director General of the Agence de la biomédecine as soon as the research has been completed.

The Director General of the Agency may at any time ask the person responsible for the research to report on the progress of the work.

Article R2151-12-4

Toute recherche déclarée au titre de l’article L. 2151-6 est placée sous la direction d’une personne responsable désignée par la déclaration mentionnée à l’article R. 2151-12-2.

La personne responsable de la recherche adresse au directeur général de l’Agence de la biomédecine un rapport bisannuel. Elle lui fait parvenir le rapport final de la recherche dès l’achèvement de celle-ci.

Le directeur général de l’agence peut à tout moment demander à la personne responsable de la recherche de rendre compte de l’état d’avancement des travaux.
