Article R2151-12 of the French Public Health Code

Any establishment or organisation that carries out embryo research is required to keep the protocol provided for in Article L. 2151-5, the documents attesting to the collection of the consents referred to in Article R. 2151-4, the final research report and the register referred to in I of Article R. 2151-11 for a period of ten years from the end of the research.

Tout établissement ou organisme qui procède à des recherches sur les embryons est tenu de conserver pendant dix ans à compter de la fin de cette recherche le protocole prévu à l’article L. 2151-5, les documents attestant du recueil des consentements mentionnés à l’article R. 2151-4 ainsi que le rapport final de la recherche et le registre mentionné au I de l’article R. 2151-11.
