Article R2151-9 of the French Public Health Code

Any establishment or organisation wishing to modify a substantial element of the protocol authorised under article L. 2151-5 must submit a new application for authorisation. This application is examined under the same conditions as the initial application.

L’établissement ou l’organisme qui souhaite modifier un élément substantiel du protocole autorisé au titre de l’article L. 2151-5 doit déposer un nouveau dossier de demande d’autorisation. Ce dernier est instruit dans les mêmes conditions que la demande initiale.
