The bailiff who has seized the assets shall consult the register provided for inarticle R. 521-1 of the French Commercial Code and serve the seizure report within eight days of it being drawn up on the creditors holding a published security interest in the assets.
L’huissier de justice qui a procédé à la saisie des biens consulte le registre prévu à l’article R. 521-1 du code de commerce et signifie le procès-verbal de saisie dans un délai de huit jours à compter de son établissement aux créanciers titulaires d’une sûreté publiée sur ces biens.
