Article R221-56 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

In the event of non-compliance with the undertakings given pursuant to article R. 221-61, the competent administrative authority may, after giving the establishment or body concerned the opportunity to present its observations, withdraw all or part of the authorisation.

En cas d’inobservation des engagements souscrits en application de l’article R. 221-61, l’autorité administrative compétente peut, après avoir mis l’établissement ou l’organisme intéressé en mesure de présenter ses observations, procéder à un retrait total ou partiel de l’habilitation.
