Article R221-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The custodian institution is notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt of any objection by the legal representative, as referred to in article L. 221-3, to the withdrawal by the minor of sums credited to the Livret A account held by the minor.

L’opposition, mentionnée à l’article L. 221-3, du représentant légal au retrait par le mineur des sommes inscrites au crédit du livret A dont le mineur est titulaire est notifiée à l’établissement dépositaire par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.
