Article R221-90 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Authorisation for the withdrawal referred to in the second paragraph of Article L. 221-24, as well as the objection of the legal representative referred to in the same paragraph, shall be notified to the institution or custodian by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

L’autorisation de retrait mentionnée au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 221-24, comme l’opposition du représentant légal mentionnée au même alinéa, est notifiée à l’établissement ou à l’organisme dépositaire par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.
