Article R222-2 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

An order to deliver or return the goods is served on the person required to surrender the goods. Under penalty of being declared null and void, the order shall contain :
1° A reference to the enforcement order under which the surrender is required;
2° An indication that the person required to surrender may, within a period of eight days, transport the designated property at his own expense to a specified place and under specified conditions;
3° A warning that if the property is not surrendered within this period, it may be seized at his own expense;
4° An indication that disputes may be brought before the enforcement judge of the place where the person to whom the document is addressed resides.
The summons may be served in the same document as the judgment.

Un commandement de délivrer ou de restituer est signifié à la personne tenue de la remise. Ce commandement contient, à peine de nullité :
1° La mention du titre exécutoire en vertu duquel la remise est exigée ;
2° L’indication que la personne tenue de la remise peut, dans un délai de huit jours, transporter à ses frais le bien désigné en un lieu et dans les conditions indiqués ;
3° L’avertissement qu’à défaut de remise dans ce délai le bien peut être appréhendé à ses frais ;
4° L’indication que les contestations peuvent être portées devant le juge de l’exécution du lieu où demeure le destinataire de l’acte.
Le commandement peut être signifié dans le même acte que le jugement.
