Article R224-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Related to the certification procedure provided for in article R. 225:

1° The costs listed in article R. 92 which are subject to a fee structure set by the provisions of Title X of Book V (Decrees in the Council of State);

2° The fees provided for in 9° of this article, even if not subject to a fee structure;

3° The fees listed in Article R. 92 other than those mentioned in 1° and 2° of this article, which are less than an amount set by order of the Minister of Justice.

Article R224-1

Relèvent de la procédure de certification prévue à l’article R. 225 :

1° Les frais énumérés à l’article R. 92 faisant l’objet d’une tarification fixée par les dispositions du titre X du livre V (Décrets en Conseil d’Etat) ;

2° Les frais prévus au 9° de cet article, même non tarifés ;

3° Les frais énumérés à l’article R. 92 autres que ceux mentionnés aux 1° et 2° du présent article, qui sont inférieurs à un montant fixé par arrêté du ministre de la justice.
