Article R224-12 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

A copy of the inventory is delivered or served to the debtor and, where applicable, to the persons to whom property has been remitted.
Under penalty of nullity, the copy delivered or served on the debtor must state that the property has been remitted to the person designated in the writ of execution or to his authorised representative, whose identity is specified.

Une copie de l’inventaire est remise ou signifiée au débiteur ainsi que, le cas échéant, aux personnes auxquelles des biens ont été remis.
A peine de nullité, il est fait mention dans la copie délivrée ou signifiée au débiteur que le bien a été remis à la personne désignée dans le titre exécutoire ou à son mandataire dont l’identité est précisée.
