Article R225-109 of the French Commercial code

Any person has the right, at any time, to obtain, at the registered office, a certified copy of the Articles of Association in force on the day of the request.

The company shall attach to this document a list of the directors or members of the supervisory board and management board, as the case may be, and of the statutory auditors in office, showing their surnames and first names in common use.

It may not require payment of a sum in excess of 0.30 euros for this issue.

Toute personne a le droit, à toute époque, d’obtenir, au siège social, la délivrance d’une copie certifiée conforme des statuts en vigueur au jour de la demande.

La société annexe à ce document la liste, comportant leur nom et prénom usuel, des administrateurs ou des membres du conseil de surveillance et du directoire, selon le cas, ainsi que des commissaires aux comptes en exercice.

Elle ne peut, pour cette délivrance, exiger le paiement d’une somme supérieure à 0,30 euros.
