Article R225-117-1 of the French Commercial code

For the application of the third paragraph of article L. 225-132, when the preferential subscription right is detached from tradable shares, it is itself tradable from the second business day before the opening of the subscription period or, if this day is not a trading day, the preceding trading day, and until the second business day before the end of the subscription period or, if this day is not a trading day, until the preceding trading day.

Pour l’application du troisième alinéa de l’article L. 225-132, lorsque le droit préférentiel de souscription est détaché d’actions négociables, il est lui-même négociable à partir du deuxième jour ouvré avant l’ouverture de la période de souscription ou, si ce jour n’est pas un jour de négociation, le jour de négociation qui le précède, et jusqu’au deuxième jour ouvré avant la fin de la période de souscription ou, si ce jour n’est pas un jour de négociation, jusqu’au jour de négociation qui le précède.
