Article R225-125 of the French Commercial code

A copy of the latest balance sheet, certified as true by the company’s legal representative, is published as an appendix to the notice provided for in Article R. 225-124.

If the latest balance sheet has already been published in the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires, the copy of this balance sheet may be replaced by an indication of the reference of the previous publication.

If no balance sheet has yet been drawn up, this is mentioned in the notice.

Une copie du dernier bilan, certifiée conforme par le représentant légal de la société, est publiée en annexe à la notice prévue à l’article R. 225-124.

Si le dernier bilan a déjà été publié au Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires, la copie de ce bilan peut être remplacée par l’indication de la référence de la publication antérieure.

Si aucun bilan n’a encore été établi, la notice en fait mention.
