Article R225-21 of the French Commercial code

In order to guarantee, in accordance with the provisions of the third paragraph of article L. 225-37, the identification and effective participation in the board meeting of the directors taking part in it by videoconferencing or telecommunication means, these means transmit at least the voice of the participants and satisfy technical characteristics allowing continuous and simultaneous retransmission of the deliberations.

Afin de garantir, conformément aux dispositions du troisième alinéa de l’article L. 225-37, l’identification et la participation effective à la réunion du conseil des administrateurs y participant par des moyens de visioconférence ou de télécommunication, ces moyens transmettent au moins la voix des participants et satisfont à des caractéristiques techniques permettant la retransmission continue et simultanée des délibérations.
