Article R225-34-5 of the French Commercial code

The Board of Directors, after consultation with the directors concerned, shall determine the training organisation(s) or centre(s) responsible for providing the training.
At the end of the training course, the training organisation or centre shall issue a certificate of attendance, which the person concerned shall give to his employer.
