Article R225-42 of the French Commercial code

The mandate of a permanent representative appointed by a legal entity appointed to the Supervisory Board is given for the duration of the latter’s term of office.

If the legal entity revokes the mandate of its permanent representative, it shall notify the company of this revocation and of the identity of its new permanent representative without delay by registered letter. The same applies in the event of the death or resignation of the permanent representative.

Le mandat de représentant permanent désigné par une personne morale nommée au conseil de surveillance lui est donné pour la durée du mandat de cette dernière.

Si la personne morale révoque le mandat de son représentant permanent, elle notifie sans délai à la société, par lettre recommandée, cette révocation ainsi que l’identité de son nouveau représentant permanent. Il en est de même en cas de décès ou de démission du représentant permanent.
