Article R225-60-2 of the French Commercial code

The provisions of articles R. 225-34-2 to R. 225-34-6 are applicable to members representing employees and members representing employee shareholders on the supervisory board. For the application of these provisions, the Supervisory Board exercises the powers vested in the Board of Directors.

Les dispositions des articles R. 225-34-2 à R. 225-34-6 sont applicables aux membres représentant les salariés et aux membres représentant les salariés actionnaires au conseil de surveillance. Pour l’application de ces dispositions le conseil de surveillance exerce les attributions dévolues au conseil d’administration.
