Article R225-96 of the French Commercial code

The General Meeting may only deliberate after the end of the special meeting of holders of non-voting preference shares provided for in articles R. 228-40 to R. 228-48 when the latter may adopt an opinion on a resolution submitted to the General Meeting.

L’assemblée générale ne peut délibérer qu’après la fin de l’assemblée spéciale des titulaires d’actions à dividende prioritaire sans droit de vote prévue aux articles R. 228-40 à R. 228-48 lorsque celle-ci peut adopter un avis sur une résolution soumise à l’assemblée générale.
