Article R228-41 of the French Commercial code

The special meeting is convened in the same manner as the general meeting and is held on the same day. The Board or the Management Board shall present a report to it on the resolutions submitted to the General Meeting.

L’assemblée spéciale est convoquée dans les mêmes formes que l’assemblée générale et se tient le même jour. Le conseil ou le directoire lui présente un rapport sur les résolutions soumises à l’assemblée générale.
