Article R2314-16 of the French Labour Code

The enrolment list is only accessible to members of the polling station and for the purposes of monitoring the voting process.

No partial results are accessible during the voting process. However, if the employer or the agreement provided for in article R. 2314-5 so provides, the number of voters may be revealed during the ballot.

Where voting in envelopes has not been excluded, the vote will not be opened until after the electronic vote has been closed. The president of the polling station has at his disposal the list of voters who have voted electronically.

La liste d’émargement n’est accessible qu’aux membres du bureau de vote et à des fins de contrôle de déroulement du scrutin.

Aucun résultat partiel n’est accessible pendant le déroulement du scrutin. Toutefois, le nombre de votants peut, si l’employeur ou l’accord prévu à l’article R. 2314-5 le prévoit, être révélé au cours du scrutin.

Lorsque le vote sous enveloppe n’a pas été exclu, l’ouverture du vote n’a lieu qu’après la clôture du vote électronique. Le président du bureau de vote dispose, avant cette ouverture, de la liste d’émargement des électeurs ayant voté par voie électronique.
