Article R2314-6 of the French Labour Code

The design and implementation of the electronic voting system may be entrusted to a service provider chosen by the employer on the basis of specifications complying with the provisions of this paragraph.

The system chosen ensures the confidentiality of the data transmitted, in particular that of the files created to draw up the electoral lists of the electoral colleges, as well as the security of the addressing of the means of authentication, the counting of votes and the recording and counting of votes.

La conception et la mise en place du système de vote électronique peuvent être confiées à un prestataire choisi par l’employeur sur la base d’un cahier des charges respectant les dispositions du présent paragraphe.


Le système retenu assure la confidentialité des données transmises, notamment de celles des fichiers constitués pour établir les listes électorales des collèges électoraux, ainsi que la sécurité de l’adressage des moyens d’authentification, de l’émargement, de l’enregistrement et du dépouillement des votes.
