Unless there is an agreement between the employer and all the representative trade union organisations, the number of members of the central social and economic committee may not exceed twenty-five full members and twenty-five alternate members.
Unless stipulated otherwise in the agreement referred to in the first paragraph and within the limits set in that paragraph, each establishment may be represented on the Central Social and Economic Committee either by a single full or alternate delegate, or by one or two full delegates and one or two alternate delegates.
