At the end of each month, establishments must send the doctor at the Regional Health Agency designated by the Director General of the Agency the declarations provided for in Article L. 2212-10.
The model for the declaration is set by order of the Minister for Health.
Les établissements doivent adresser à la fin de chaque mois au médecin de l’agence régionale de santé désigné par le directeur général de l’agence les déclarations prévues à l’article L. 2212-10.
Le modèle de la déclaration est fixé par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
