The Prefect issues a receipt for the application. He will then carry out an investigation. He must notify the interested parties of his decision within two months of receiving the request.

Le préfet délivre récépissé de la demande. Il fait procéder à une enquête. Il doit notifier sa décision aux intéressés dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la réception de la demande.
