Article R2324-31 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The establishment or service project and the operating rules are sent to the President of the Departmental Council after their final adoption and after any modification.

II.-The essential characteristics of the establishment project can be consulted on the establishment’s website, where it has one, or on a website managed by the Caisse Nationale des Allocations Familiales.

III.-The establishment or service project and the operating rules and their appendices, with the exception of that provided for in III of article R. 2324-30, are displayed in a place in the establishment or service where they can be consulted.The establishment or service plan as well as the operating rules and regulations and its appendices, with the exception of the appendix provided for in III of article R. 2324-30, are displayed in a place in the establishment or service that is accessible to the holders of parental authority or legal representatives of the children cared for. A copy is kept at their disposal.

A copy of the establishment’s or service’s project and operating rules and its appendices, within the same limits as those set out in the previous paragraph, is sent, at their request, to any family whose child is registered or has applied for admission to the establishment or service. This copy may be sent in digital format.

IV – The establishment or service project and the operating rules are dated and updated as often as necessary and at least once every five years, with the participation of the staff.

Article R2324-31

I.-Le projet d’établissement ou de service et le règlement de fonctionnement sont transmis au président du conseil départemental après leur adoption définitive et après toute modification.

II.-Les caractéristiques essentielles du projet d’établissement sont consultables sur le site internet de l’établissement lorsqu’il en possède un ou sur un site internet géré par la caisse nationale des allocations familiales.

III.-Le projet d’établissement ou de service ainsi que le règlement de fonctionnement et ses annexes, à l’exception de celle prévue au III de l’article R. 2324-30, sont affichés dans un lieu de l’établissement ou du service accessible aux titulaires de l’autorité parentale ou représentants légaux des enfants accueillis. Un exemplaire est tenu à leur disposition.

Un exemplaire du projet d’établissement ou de service et du règlement de fonctionnement et ses annexes, dans les mêmes limites que celles prévues à l’alinéa précédent, est communiqué, sur sa demande, à toute famille dont un enfant est inscrit ou a fait l’objet d’une demande d’admission dans l’établissement ou le service. Cet exemplaire peut être transmis sous format numérique.

IV.-Le projet d’établissement ou de service et le règlement de fonctionnement sont datés et actualisés aussi souvent que nécessaire et au moins une fois tous les cinq ans, avec la participation du personnel.
