I.-Without prejudice to the provisions of article R. 2324-41, the multidisciplinary team referred to in article R. 2324-38 includes one or more professionals holding a State diploma in nursery nursing or nursing who work in the establishment in the minimum quantities referred to in 3° to 5° of article R. 2324-46-2 and 2° to 4° of article R. 2324-48-2.
These professionals may be employees of the establishment or its manager, permanent or occasional collaborators or external contributors.
II – Within the establishment or service for the care of young children, the professionals mentioned in I will support the other professionals in matters of health, prevention and inclusive care, particularly in the application of the protocols provided for in II of article R. 2324-30.
When they do not themselves perform the duties of “Health and Inclusive Care” referent as defined in article R. 2324-39, these professionals relay the recommendations of the “Health and Inclusive Care” referent to the management and professionals responsible for supervising the children.
They help to implement the measures necessary for the inclusive care of children with disabilities, living with a chronic condition, or with any health problem requiring treatment or special attention.
III – Depending on the internal organisation of the establishment, they participate in the supervision of the children cared for under the conditions defined in articles R. 2324-42 to R. 2324-43-2 or carry out management or deputy management duties in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2324-34 and R. 2324-35.
