Article R2324-41-1 of the French Public Health Code

For professions other than those of doctor, nurse and social service assistant, covered by articles L. 4111-2, L. 4311-3 and L. 4331-4 and by Article L. 411-1 of the Code de l’Action Sociale et des Familles, the employer may recruit any person holding a European Union diploma entitling them to hold an equivalent post in the country where they obtained it, in compliance with the freedom of movement of workers and, where applicable, the provisions of the articles of association or collective bargaining agreement applicable to the post in question.

Pour les professions autres que celles de médecin, d’infirmier et d’assistant de service social, couvertes par les articles L. 4111-2, L. 4311-3 et L. 4331-4 et par l’article L. 411-1 du code de l’action sociale et des familles, l’employeur peut procéder, dans le respect de la libre circulation des travailleurs et, le cas échéant, des dispositions statutaires ou conventionnelles applicables à l’emploi considéré, au recrutement de toute personne justifiant d’un diplôme de l’Union européenne permettant d’occuper un emploi équivalent dans son pays d’obtention.
