Article R2324-43-1 of the French Public Health Code

For safety reasons, the number of establishment staff present with the children actually cared for may not be less than two, including, for establishments and services with a capacity of more than twenty-four places, at least one of the professionals mentioned in 1° of article R. 2324-42.

For the establishments mentioned in 1° of the I of article R. 2324-46, the provisions of the present article apply from four children being cared for simultaneously.

Article R2324-43-1

Pour des raisons de sécurité, l’effectif du personnel de l’établissement présent auprès des enfants effectivement accueillis ne peut pas être inférieur à deux, dont, pour les établissements et services d’une capacité supérieure à vingt-quatre places, au moins un des professionnels mentionnés au 1° de l’article R. 2324-42.

Pour les établissements mentionnés au 1° du I de l’article R. 2324-46, les dispositions du présent article s’appliquent à partir de quatre enfants accueillis simultanément.
