Article R2324-43-2 of the French Public Health Code

During outings outside the establishment and, where applicable, outside its private outdoor space, the number of staff placed with the group of children taking part in the outing makes it possible to:

1° Comply with the requirements of article R. 2324-43-1;

2° Guarantee a ratio of one professional for every five children.

For the establishments mentioned in 1° of the I of article R. 2324-46, the provisions of this article apply from four children taken in simultaneously.

Pendant les sorties hors de l’établissement et, le cas échéant, hors de son espace extérieur privatif, l’effectif du personnel placé auprès du groupe d’enfants participant à la sortie permet de :

1° Respecter les exigences de l’article R. 2324-43-1 ;

2° Garantir un rapport d’un professionnel pour cinq enfants.

Pour les établissements mentionnés au 1° du I de l’article R. 2324-46, les dispositions du présent article s’appliquent à partir de quatre enfants accueillis simultanément.
