Article R2324-46-1 of the French Public Health Code

For the implementation of the provisions contained in articles R. 2324-34 and R. 2324-35, the collective crèches mentioned in 1° of II of article R. 2324-17 form their teams in such a way as to comply with the following minimum ratios of working time dedicated to management functions:

1° Micro-crèche: 0.2 full-time equivalent (technical referent);

2° Petite crèche: 0.5 full-time equivalent;

3° Crèche: 0.75 full-time equivalent;

4° Grande crèche: 1 full-time equivalent;

5° Très grande crèche: 1 full-time equivalent and 0.75 full-time equivalent for the deputy director.

Pour la mise en œuvre des dispositions contenues aux articles R. 2324-34 et R. 2324-35, les crèches collectives mentionnées au 1° du II de l’article R. 2324-17 constituent leurs équipes de manière à respecter les quotités minimales de temps de travail dédié aux fonctions de direction suivantes :

1° Micro-crèche : 0,2 équivalent temps plein (référent technique) ;

2° Petite crèche : 0,5 équivalent temps plein ;

3° Crèche : 0,75 équivalent temps plein ;

4° Grande crèche : 1 équivalent temps plein ;

5° Très grande crèche : 1 équivalent temps plein et 0,75 équivalent temps plein pour la direction adjointe.
