Article R2324-47-2 of the French Public Health Code

I.-For the implementation of the provisions relating to the “Health and Inclusive Care” adviser provided for in Article R. 2324-39, the manager of a kindergarten must comply with the following minimum requirements:

1° Small kindergartens: 10 hours per year of work by the “Health and Inclusive Care” advisor, including 2 hours per quarter;

2° Kindergartens: 20 hours per year of work by the “Health and Inclusive Care” advisor, including 4 hours per quarter;

3° Large kindergartens: 30 hours per year of work by the “Health and Inclusive Care” advisor, including 6 hours per quarter.

II – The provisions of article R. 2324-40-1 do not apply to kindergartens.

I.-Pour la mise en œuvre des dispositions relatives au référent “ Santé et Accueil inclusif ” prévu à l’article R. 2324-39, le gestionnaire d’un jardin d’enfants respecte les minimas suivants :

1° Petits jardins d’enfants : 10 heures par an d’intervention du référent “ Santé et Accueil inclusif ” dont 2 heures par trimestre ;

2° Jardins d’enfants : 20 heures par an d’intervention du référent “ Santé et Accueil inclusif ” dont 4 heures par trimestre ;

3° Grands jardins d’enfants : 30 heures par an d’intervention du référent “ Santé et Accueil inclusif ” dont 6 heures par trimestre.

II.-Les dispositions de l’article R. 2324-40-1 ne s’appliquent pas aux jardins d’enfants.
