Article R233-16 of the French Commercial code

For the application of 2° of Article L. 233-17, the thresholds which must not be exceeded, under the conditions set out in this article, by the group formed by a company and the undertakings it controls are set as follows:

1° Balance sheet total: 24,000,000 euros;

2° Net turnover: 48,000,000 euros;

3° Average number of employees: 250.

These figures are calculated globally for all the companies concerned using the method defined in the fifth, sixth and seventh paragraphs of Article D. 123-200.

Pour l’application du 2° de l’article L. 233-17, les seuils que ne doit pas dépasser, dans les conditions fixées à cet article, l’ensemble constitué par une société et les entreprises qu’elle contrôle sont fixées ainsi qu’il suit :

1° Total du bilan : 24 000 000 euros ;

2° Montant net du chiffre d’affaires : 48 000 000 euros ;

3° Nombre moyen de salariés : 250.

Ces chiffres sont calculés globalement pour l’ensemble des entreprises concernées selon la méthode définie aux cinquième, sixième et septième alinéas de l’article D. 123-200.
