Article R233-2 of the French Commercial code

The shareholder information provided for in I of Article L. 233-8 shall take the form of a notice published in a medium authorised to carry legal advertisements in the département where the company has its registered office before the expiry of a period of fifteen days from the date of the annual ordinary general meeting or from the date on which the company became aware, between two general meetings, of a change in the total number of voting rights at least equal to the percentage set by the ministerial order referred to in I of the same article.

L’information des actionnaires prévue au I de l’article L. 233-8 prend la forme d’un avis publié dans un support habilité à recevoir les annonces légales dans le département où la société a son siège avant l’expiration d’un délai de quinze jours à compter de la date de l’assemblée générale ordinaire annuelle ou de la date à laquelle la société a eu connaissance, entre deux assemblées générales, d’une variation du nombre total des droits de vote au moins égale au pourcentage fixé par l’arrêté ministériel mentionné au I du même article.
