Article R236-16 of the French Commercial code

The declaration provided for in Article L. 236-17 shall be filed together with the application for amending registration with the Trade and Companies Register of the registered office of one of the beneficiary companies.

It is signed by at least one legal representative of each of the participating companies or their delegate.
A copy is filed with the clerk of the commercial court of the registered office of each participating company that is the subject of an amending registration or a deletion.

Article R236-16

La déclaration prévue à l’article L. 236-17 est déposée avec la demande d’inscription modificative au registre du commerce et des sociétés du siège de l’une des sociétés bénéficiaires.

Elle est signée par au moins un représentant légal de chacune des sociétés participantes ou son délégataire.

Une copie est déposée au greffe du tribunal de commerce du siège de chaque société participante qui fait l’objet d’une inscription modificative ou d’une radiation.
