Article R236-8 of the French Commercial code

The period mentioned in the fourth paragraph of II of article L. 236-9 is twenty days from the last insertion made pursuant to article R. 236-2 or, where applicable, the last publication provided for by article R. 236-3.

This period applies according to the same terms to the requests mentioned respectively in the second paragraph of article L. 236-11, the second paragraph of article L. 236-12 and the second paragraph of article L. 236-28.

Article R236-8

Le délai mentionné au quatrième alinéa du II de l’article L. 236-9 est de vingt jours à compter de la dernière insertion intervenue en application de l’article R. 236-2 ou, le cas échéant, de la dernière publication prévue par l’article R. 236-3.

Ce délai s’applique selon les mêmes modalités aux demandes mentionnées respectivement au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 236-11, au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 236-12 et au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 236-28.
