Article R237-17 of the French Commercial code

The sums allocated for distribution among the members and creditors shall be deposited, within fifteen days of the distribution decision, in an account opened in a credit institution in the name of the company in liquidation. They may be withdrawn on the signature of a single liquidator and under his responsibility.

Les sommes affectées aux répartitions entre les associés et les créanciers sont déposées, dans le délai de quinze jours à compter de la décision de répartition, à un compte ouvert dans un établissement de crédit au nom de la société en liquidation. Elles peuvent être retirées sur la signature d’un seul liquidateur et sous sa responsabilité.
