Where the estimated value of the requirement is equal to or greater than the formal procedure thresholds, purchasers shall award design-build or performance contracts in accordance with one of the procedures mentioned in Chapter IV of Title II, subject to the provisions of this section.

Lorsque la valeur estimée du besoin est égale ou supérieure aux seuils de procédure formalisée, les acheteurs passent des marchés globaux de conception-réalisation ou de performance selon l’une des procédures mentionnées au chapitre IV du titre II, sous réserve des dispositions de la présente section.
