For project management contracts relating to works to which the provisions of Book IV do not apply, tenderers who have submitted services in accordance with the consultation documents are entitled to a bonus, the amount of which is freely defined by the purchaser.

Pour les marchés de maîtrise d’œuvre relatifs à des ouvrages auxquels ne sont pas applicables les dispositions du livre IV, les soumissionnaires qui ont remis des prestations conformes aux documents de la consultation bénéficient d’une prime dont le montant est librement défini par l’acheteur.
