Article R2421-2 of the French Labour Code

When one or more of the employees mentioned in article L. 2421-1 is to be made redundant for economic reasons affecting ten or more employees within the same thirty-day period , the employer must attach to the application for authorisation to make the redundancies a copy of the notification of the proposed redundancies sent to the administrative authority in application of article L. 1233-46.

Article R2421-2

Lorsqu’un licenciement pour motif économique de dix salariés ou plus dans une même période de trente jours concerne un ou plusieurs salariés mentionnés à l’article L. 2421-1, l’employeur joint à la demande d’autorisation de licenciement la copie de la notification du projet de licenciement adressée à l’autorité administrative en application de l’article L. 1233-46.
