The lists of mediators to be appointed for a regional, departmental or local dispute are drawn up by the Regional Director of Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment, after consultation with representative employers’ and employees’ organisations at national level. These organisations have one month to submit their observations.
The lists of mediators shall include at least ten names of persons chosen in accordance with the conditions set out in the first paragraph.
Each regional list is drawn up by the regional prefect. It is published in the administrative act registers of the departments concerned.
